Customized fitness programs based on your goals, needs, abilities designed to enhance strength, confidence, and overall well-being for women of all ages. Sessions are delivered in a 1-1 or Partner option. The choice is yours!
Specialty Programming
Our specialty programs are short term programs delivered in a group format. These can include pilates, barre classes, stretch and mobility classes, nutrition challenges, strength challenges, dance fitness classes, Retro-Step or aerobics classes. These pop-up programs are an additional way to burn some extra calories, focus on specific issues or concerns, or supplement our other activities. This may also include programs in the following areas:
Pre and Post Natal Fitness / Build your Bones: Osteoporosis Fitness/ Fibromyalgia/ Arthritis / Joint Replacement Post-Rehab/ Cardiac and stroke post-rehab/ Corrective Exercise/ Post-surgery post-Rehab for injuries...
COMING SOON! Expert advice on healthy nutrition habits to support your fitness journey and lifestyle changes. As Precision Nutrition certified practitioners, we focus on changing habits one day at a time, and on changing our relationship and mindset with regard to healthy eating, food and choices. These programs are delivered in a private or semi-private format and may be in-person or online.

Ava is the best personal trainer. I went to her after I had knee surgery and the physiotherapy sessions were not helping with my recovery. After starting with Ava, I was able to dance in our show which was intense. She also offers nutritional advice and guidance. I recommend her to anyone, but particularly to 50+ women.
